Our Process

Paper Editions:
Our prints will now be set on Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper (250), a fantastic heavyweight RC based Gloss paper. The permanence rating (how long the print will last) is an excellent 85+ years.

Framed Editions:
Framed prints are printed as described aboved and framed in black wooden, contemporary frames. The image extends to the frame.

Canvas Editions
Printed on Breathing Color Chromata White Canvas. Pigmented Ultrachrome inks. Size Listed is image size. Print is Gallery wrapped on a 1 1/2" Stretcher Bar with all sides colored. No frame is needed to display this print.

We use state-of-the-art equipment to create your giclee. We are proud to use the finest Apple Macintosh® equipment, the G5 series for the creation stage, and the print is made with an Epson® 9600 printers. Each print uses Epson's proprietary UltraChrome Inks. The 7 ink system gives you the color quality and life expectancy (estimated over 70 years) which can't be matched by desktop or 4 color lithograph printing methods. Giclee (pronounced "zhee-clay") is a French word meaning "a spraying of ink". With the advent of giclee, the art of reproducing fine art has become even more precise. Giclee's have the highest apparent resolution available today -- as high as 1,800 dpi. In addition, since no screens are used, the prints have a higher apparent resolution than lithographs and a color range that exceeds that of serigraphy. Displaying a full color spectrum, giclee prints capture every nuance of an original and have gained wide acceptance from artists and galleries throughout the world.
